This intermediate program is designed for those ready for that extra push and those who want to keep that energy up while also maintaining low impact. Hey! I’m Natalia a personal trainer and fitness instructor from Iceland currently living in Dubai. I have a diverse sports background and played football (soccer) for over 10 years. I teach a good balance between crossfit/strength and conditioning to pilates and yoga. Teaching gives me a great sense of purpose and I love what I do. There is nothing more rewarding than clients feeling empowered and strong after my classes and that’s what I hope to see for you after doing my workouts!
