О программе

This programme focuses on boxing inspired training and functional movement. This is executed through a combination of high intensity intervals with body weight exercises and light/medium strength workouts. Shadow boxing is an integral part of each workout, allowing you to learn and improve the boxing basics such as stance, boxer guard, the 6 punches and simple defence moves. As well as seeing development in your cardiovascular endurance and stamina, you will also build your overall strength, coordination and balance. This programme will allow you to burn calories whilst having fun as well as learning a new skill which can only get better and better!

Hi, I’m Danielle Harrison and I have had a strong passion for all forms of movement and fitness from ever since I can remember! After gaining a BA Honours degree in Dance and Choreography in 2009 I went on to spend most of my career as a professional dancer. This involved performing all over the world for the last 15 years for music artists, international ceremonies, theatre tours, Television, advertising campaigns and much more. When teaching dance became an additional endeavour it was then a natural progression into the fitness world! Beginning initially with a passion for boxing coaching 4 years ago, I have continued to expand my forms of training with clients to show them that there is always a way to train for everyone. Fitness is a way of life for me and I love nothing more than sharing that with others; in a group or one on one setting. I believe that we can get strong and live a healthy lifestyle whilst also having fun so you can rely on me to bring the vibe always!!

Наконец-то тренировка на которой я вспотела! Очень понравилось, спасибо. Странно, что это средний уровень - мне показалась более интенсивной чем большинство тренировок высокого уровня

Мало внимания уделяется технике. Подойдет тому, кто знает азы стойки, ударов, уклонов. мало 30 минут на такую тренировку)

Не понравилось. Не то, что я искала. Bodycombat люблю, но тут слишком много смен упражнений, не успевала за тренером, так она еще успевает придумывать что-то на ходу. Несхематично, неинтересно, сплошное дерганье

Спасибо за тренировку на английском! Очень приятное разнообразие. Хотелсь бы больше тренировок, связанных с боевыми искусствами.
